Well today I just found out that if a customer purchases with the cart and your combined shipping profile Ebay forgets to use so the customer ends up paying full price shipping on every item they purchased.Every time this has happened in the last 8 y...

i started typing in chat for help and it said an agent would be with me in 3 minutes and its now 54 mins and still no answer anyone else had a problem with this lately ??????

The new chat for help is so time consuming it took over an hour yesterday just to get 3 credits back,how come sellers are never asked or told of changes ebay always assume it will help us

has any body else noticed that when Ebay now auto relist these GTC items every 30 days that the pictures are not being seen on newsfeed by buyers who save your store and expect to see your items in there newsfeed.Sales willdrop dramatically with item...
