I bought a Samsung S4 two months ago. It died and when I went to get it repaired the authorised repairer said that it wasn't new and had in fact been refurbished with aftermarket parts. I applied for a return but it was rejected by the seller. What recourse do I have to get my money back?
If you paid by PayPal you have 180 days to open a case for INAD in PayPal.
Electronics are best purchased in a store with a genuine warranty, not online.
