Can I change positive feedback to negative after seeing a product label indicates a 'leather' item is in fact PU?


I purchased a 'leather' jacket and was very happy with the item when I received it ... it was a very good 'imitation' and is in fact PU (it was listed as leather). I didn't check the fabric label until after leaving positive feedback. What can I do? The seller was quite vague and didn't respond to earlier emails for over a week.
