Clearing cache and cookies

Many months ago I asked on Q&A how to clear my cache and cookies and silversterio explained the very easy way to do this as I am not very computer literate.  I was to hold down certain keys and press F5.  Would silversterio be able to remind me?.   Or do any other members know the other keys to hold down to complete this action?.

Step 1- Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Del.

Step 2- Click the Time range to clear to clear, select Everything and tick the boxes that you want to clear.
