I ordered an item from a seller in Melbourne who advertised 24 hour dispatch & with the EDT Mon 9 Sep as I needed it quickly. Seller later messages me to say they don't deliver to PO Boxes & asked for a physical address, I messaged them back with my work address. The seller marked it as posted later that day but didn't provide tracking.
Fast forward to the 9th & no parcel. I asked the seller for tracking & to my horror it was Fastway couriers - they are one of the worst couriers with the worst reviews out. The problem is the tracking is stuck as 'Package on its way to sorting' & the Perth depot just fobbed me off when I rang them for help. I have a bad feeling this parcel is probably lost. 
Has anyone else had poor service & bad luck with Fastway?
