Hi there,

I am wondering is if it me or is it just a coincidence?

4 items purchased- all 4 experiences were not so good.

1st item was faulty- great seller though offered a refund which I accepted.

2nd item - did not arrive- site did not allow me to leave feedback, seller reluctantly provided refund.

3rd item- seller cancelled my win and then threatened to wipe me out personally for the neutral feedback I left.

4t item - arrived with a cracked mirror. Seller is asked for a picture of the cracked mirror which I provided. Seller then send me a pdf asking me to chose which parts I require. Am I unreasonable in asking for a refund or replacement? I even said by all means replace the part but send someone along who can do the handy work coz I sure can't.

I think my days or purchasing on ebay have come to an end.
