I bought the eyesight from a seller on this site and paid in full.However, the seller notified me that the items were delivered when I did not receive anything. I then emailed the seller severally letting them know that there was not delivery but they insisted that the items were delivered. I then requested for the tracking number which I never got. I have also requested for a refund and the seller is not responding to my emails anymore. How do I go about to get my money back?
Open a dispute with the MBG, do not close it until you are completely happy with the outcome, once a dispute is closed it cannot be reopened.
