Decline in Seller feedback

Recently sellers have stopped given feedback even when as a buyer I have left feedback, is there a way to hold back feedback to sellers until they give feedback to the buyer?

A seller should leave feedback (even though it is voluntary).  It's a small thing to do to say thank you.

If a seller doesn't provide feedback, then don't give them any....that's what I do
