cancelled the order exactly after 15 minutes after placing it but the seller ignores mt messages and continues on with the order, the order was placed very early in the morning aroung 6:30 am and cancelled at 6:45 am. it was not an auction it was a normal sale.
can you please let me know what can be done.

A buyer cannot cancel a purchase only the seller can.
The time to check details is before buying as you probably know and the seller is not obligated to cancelling once a buyer commits.
The seller is charged fees as soon as the purchase is made and will often open an unpaid item case to ensure they get their fees back.
If the seller is prepared to send a cancellation, make sure you select 'agree' so he gets his fees refunded.
