I haven't recieved my item. It's been over a week already i didn't get anything. I bought a book on ebay as a guest the book is called pharmacology for nursing care. Also I can't even track my order.

You purchased on the 27th, so it is one week today, and there has been a weekend during that time, so even if the seller posted it the same day, it has only been 5 working days.
It can take 10 working days for items to travel within Australia, ie two full weeks counting weekends, so it is far too early to be concerned yet.
Have you actually contacted the seller and asked her for the tracking number?
As you are new to ebay, one thing you probably dont know, is that the postage estimates on items are put there by ebay, not the seller, and are very out of touch with reality. If you need something urgently, you are best to go to a B & M store and just buy one.
