Sick of Non Payers!!

Twice in 2 months I have sold an item to a (different) buyer, only for them to not pay - and they seem to get away with it. BOTH times, both buyers had only signed up with Ebay the day before their bid, both obviously had no feedback score. One buyer said he had changed his mind, other buyer said he didn't want to pay postage. Can I set my preferences so that I do NOT deal with any buyer who has only recently joined, or has less than 5 feedbacks?

Yes you can.

Select account, site prefs then buyer requirements.

To the right select show n edit.

Set all your blocks and at the bottom is a link to your Blocked Bidders List that you can add any member to.

The block you are referring to is anyone with less than ___ feedback and is not phone verified.
