The seller has let me know that he is unable to post the item and suggested I "request a refund from eBay", but there is no option to refund before the delivery date and I want my money back as soon as possible so I can purchase from somewhere else. I have used the "contact an agent" feature but was unable to find any help there either. Do I really have to just wait until the estimated delivery date?
So long as the seller has sent that message through eBay messages, go to the link below and scroll to the bottom and use the "contact us" function. Ask to speak to a supervisor as soon as possible.

I used this and got confused because it told me to select an item before getting to an agent and my item wasnt there. So i just chose a random one, chose 'contact an agent' from the options again, and was able to get in contact. He helped me swiftly and opened a case for me. Thank you for this.
