When I try to purchase an item and click on the item that I want to view, I receive a message error

  When I try to purchase an item and click on the item that I want to view, I receive a message error that says: “This page isn’t working, www.ebay.com.au redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”.

I have deleted the cookies but still no change. Help! I would like to purchase items.

I use chrome and it ihas been happening to me. It is a real pain in the butt but if I clean the 'Cached images and files' it usually fixes it.
