From my hard situation, I directly sent email to seller that I cannot afford to buy his galaxy s4 after won the bidding and he aggreed happly. But I realised today that he opened unpaied case, so I sent email to him again why he did open even if he agreed that I cannot buy it.
how can I do? how can I close the case. the seller doesnt reply to me.

If you bid or buy on ebay the seller is charged fees.
Many sellers do an unpaid item case to get their fees back.
Just ignore it if you are not proceeding and the seller will close the case as soon as he can for a fee credit.
If there is a next time, you are better to retract the bid more than 12 hours before the auction ends.
But better to not bid if you are unsure whether you can afford it.
