Seller has 0 feedback, safe to buy?

Now I know we all have to start somewhere.

The seller originally had a 0 feedback but upon looking into their items for sale it changed to -1 with the comment of "bad seller" left, and the item was relisted.
Now I assume it's a privacy issue that I can't contact other members based on their feedback. But I would like to know the details, sometimes it's a misunderstanding. But the item ended as a buy it now and the feedback changed within a few minutes.

It says Don't Bid! to me, but now I wonder about the other bidders.
It very well could be an inexperienced seller or it could be trouble.
Now I think back to if that 3ds xl went for a good price I'd want it lol

Just wondering what anyone else thinks, it's not going to kill me to not bid. But maybe others could also shed some light on how it all works if it goes wrong.
I have previously bought an item that the sellers account was shut down and I had paid with paypal and was covered. I don't know how they deal with looking into bad sellers.
