Can someone help me find a contact for ebay. I won and paid for an item (301218791107) which ebay doesn't recognise in the resolution centre. Ebay wrote me that they cancelled the transaction and the item was unpaid - but it WAS paid. I am sick of looking and just want an email contact. Thanks Jarnie1

There is absolutely no point in emailing ebay, it will take up to 48 hours to get a response, and you will get either a computer generated reply, or a cut and paste one from a script.
Go to customer support, top right, click on contact us, and just keep choosing topics until you get a phone number, it doesnt matter if the subject is not correct for the issue.
