Hi,
I am unable to view fully items I wish to purchase. All other functions are working.Have done all the cleaning cookies etc.
I get a message - Sorry unable to access and contact us for help.
Unable to contact ebay through available suggestions.
This seems to be a problem, many other ebay users are having.
My computer guru has not been able to fix this for me.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I can do a search and up come the listings but try to open a listing to view it and all I get is cannot open and try clearing cookies!!
Cleared my cookies twice ... made no difference.
Happened all day yesterday and now this morning 16/8 & 17/8 .... has been occurring off and on for weeks!!!!!!
Tried a different computer using a different browser .... exactly same thing happened.
EBAY .... IF I CAN'T OPEN THE LISTINGS ....... I CAN'T BUY ANYTHING!!!!!!!!
So over ebay ..... a pathetic selling venue now .... such a shame it was once great!!!!
