What happens if I've purchased stolen goods? Will I get my money back if paid through Paypal?

I found the Iphone that I've just purchased on Ebay is either "Stolen or Lost". It was advertised as Unlocked.

I carried out some research when the phone would not work.

I was informed by the Carrier that the phone is locked to was "Stolen or Lost".

Does anyone know if I will get my money back?

Does anyone know if the police will take action or anyone from Fraud.
