I won, I went to pay but each time I go to pay I cannot figure out how to get the shipping off the invoice. I am doing a local pick up and have contacted the seller. How do I only pay for the item and not the shipping?

You pay when you pick up.
It is the safest way for a pick up item as there is no protection on pick up items.
Arrange a time to pick it up and inspect it before you pay to make sure it is as described.
If it isn't, you can walk away without paying anything.
