can a bidder retract their bid? How is this done?

A bidder has contacted myself the seller to remove their bid.  They wish to retract their bid as they didnt realise it was for pick up only.  I do not know what to do about this.  Thank You

A buyer can retract a bid if there are more than 12 hours or if it is done within one hour of being placed.

Otherwise the seller needs to do it.

Then you need to retract the bid.
