and didn't receive the item for over 2 months(waited for a long long time) so i wanted to refund to get money back. So i messaged with the company continually. They said i need to leave positive feedback first and then i could get money back... what the hell is that?????? I DIDN'T GET THE ITEM THOUGH..??/
I SHOULD get my money back first..... They are delaying now...

Don't waste your time messaging the seller....they will not refund your money voluntarily.
Go straight to a dispute in paypal. Open a dispute for Item Not Received and you will get your refund in due course.
