How to identify the seller that has sent you an exactly same product? I've been buying buttons and I have bought the same buttons from a different seller but when they arrive I can't identify the seller from the package because it's all in chinese characters. Shouldn't they have to put the same name they use on Ebay so that the buyer knows who it is from?
Who do I speak to, to get this changes taken up by the sellers?
