locked out from buying.

Why is it that after a decade i'm suddenly locked out fo paying for stuff . All i get is the following. You don't have permission to access "http://pay.ebay.com.au/rxo?" on this server.

Reference #18.2c8cc817.1667732140.4ed3865.      If this from your security consultant you need to sack them because from what i've read this is not an isolated issue. I'd hate to leave ebay but thats the way it's going.

I completed my purchase and could pay without any problems.

Have you tried another browser?

Have you tried another seller (just in case)?

If you really want to talk to an eBay CS representative, you have to start a live chat session from the help page (during normal business hours), but I think you should ask for a supervisor straightaway, as a normal CS representative most probably has no idea.

Oops, I thought the link was suspicious too, but I have just added two items to my cart and when I clicked on "go to checkout" I got the same link, except that after rxo? there is more. All is normal for me though,

Other members do not have security consultants to block other members

nor is anyone here going to click on a dodgy link like that

People who get emails claiming to be from eBay and click on fake email links or get a phone call and press 1 will indeed encounter issues

Where have you read about it not being an isolated issue?

First time someone has posted that link here

most complaints about not being able to buy come from new members wanting to know why they have a buying limit or serial non payers with too many strikes to buy

That link you've provided looks very much like an unsecured website, so I'm certainly NOT going to click on it.

Are you certain you haven't been hacked by clicking on dubious links ?

If you have, go to the link below and deal with it ASAP.

Also you would be wise to change all your passwords and run a deep scan on your computer.

Note that that link has https in it unlike your which has only http.
