Bought item recently with postage $8.90 standard post satchel. Item arrived in an envelope, and had been shrink wrapped, with total postage $3. I mensioned the difference in post cost to the seller and was told she would refund $3.40 only as she was taking into consideration the cost of the shrink wrapping machine. Also I doubt there would have been any refund at all if I hadn't noticed the cost of the postage stamps on the envelope and had said nothing....
Still waiting for the refund before leaving feedback but no pay pal message regarding refund yet since it was promised a week ago.
Not a major complaint but there's an honesty principal involved and I didn't think sellers were supposed to add business expenses to postage costs?
