You havent given us much info to comment on, are you in the process of signing up for managed payments, or are you getting an unsolicited request. We are just members here not employee's of Ebay, but we have been accused of that

Is this perhaps a caravan you found on another site?
Where the seller is either in the armed services, or getting divorced, or something similar?
They say that you can try the caravan for a certain amount of time and eBay Motors will hold the money?
If yes to any of the above, then it is a well-know SCAM.
Don't correspond any further, don't give them any more information, change any passwords if necessary.
And definitely don't send any money to them by any means.

this is a well known scam.
DO NOT SEND INFORMATION OR MONEY
Do not communicate any further with them

Oh gosh - never send any identifying information to any seller and never pay anything by bank transfer as you have ZERO protection.
There is no caravan, there is only a scammer looking to cause financial mischief once they have your information.
Just report the listing as a scam
