How long ago did you buy it ? You have 30 days from the last ETA to open a dispute with eBay's MBG, or 180 days from the purchase date with Paypal.
From their replies to feedback I suspect it's a Chinese seller registered in Australia, if they are not replying to your emails open a case with eBay if you still have time. Do not fall for their delaying tactics.
If you have to go through Paypal you MUST opt into their return postage refunds offer BEFORE opening any dispute.
