eBay do not sell anything
If you do not use the body of the post to let other members know what actually happened, nobody here can try to help you
You will only be rip of (sic) if you allow yourself to be
eBay given you the tools to get your money back
read the buying basics and use them
You have been a member for 20 years, there is no excuse 'not to know'

Tell us about it. Use the actual post field rather than just a short-ish jumble in the subject / heading.
Do you mean that you ordered something that didnโt arrive? What was the EDD? (Estimated delivery date as a range.)
If the EDD has passed, but itโs not more than 30 days since the latest EDD, you should open a case on the basis of INR (Item Not Received).
Is this the situation?

The seller's ID you cannot find in PayPal because of Managed Payments should be in your purchase history and also in your normal mailbox (in your order confirmation email).
Do contact the seller and if they don't help, open a case, as already suggested (if it is past the ETA).
