So I am an eBay plus member and as I have been browsing as a buyer I would often see eBay plus special discounts for certain items. eBay issued me a $2.11 credit on my account for a postage screwup on their part for something that I sold but now all I see on the app all the webpage is this $2.11 credit on every listing there is no longer the $5 credit that I was awarded there is no longer the eBay plus discounts at all just this stupid $2.11 credit. How do I find out exactly what discounts are currently running for individual items ? Or do I literally have to buy something to use this $2.11 credit just to enable me to see the other promotions and discounts that are currently on offer?!
