Hi All,
I bought a laptop, aussie seller, item was new. After 190 days it failed. Under consumer law I can ask for it to get fixed, but the seller is no longer returning my emails.
I contacted Paypal and they won't give me the sellers details.
How do I get the sellers details so I can pursue this further. I really need an address, phone number and ABN to lodge it with NCAT.
Thanks for any help.

If the seller has a store try googling it and you should be able to get the address and contact details from there.

You can get their details from ebay.
Hit the 'advanced' button, next to the big blue 'search' button
and fill in the seller's id
You will get their details, and ebay will inform them, and give them
your details
Ebay only give out details when there has been a transaction.
I doubt you will get anywhere with the seller. Good luck

You cannot get the seller's details from ebay after 190 days Stawks....too long ago.
Pity it did not fail a couple of weeks ago.....the buyer could have used paypal.

if its a brand name laptop i'd have thought the manufacturers warranty would be able to be used. look up the website for them and search warranty info.

If it's the seller that the OP left feedback for in the last year their ABN, address and Tel No are in the store page.
G'day Stalks, having a tough one today are we ????
