How to find sellers name/address?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I find the sellers contact details?

I have had a bit of a look through My eBay and around the item I have purchased, but just can't find her name or address.

Yes there is a need to find out their address.  When you are fighting with one to get your refund back and your lawyer needs an address or email address to send notice to them.  Such as the situation I am in at the moment.

your lawyer is not likely to be taking action against a seller here, in Australia, the forum which you are posting on

Do you not have all the tools in the world given to you by eBay to get your refund under the MBG?

If it's for the graphics card I doubt it is worth the cost of a lawyer.
