I Purchased Items. The Money Has Be Deducted from my Account

G'day, I have purchased some Flower seeds.  The money has been deducted from my account. For some reason, the items do not show up on my PURCHASES LIST.  I cannot contact the seller

Do you need to change the drop down menu in your purchase history to cover when you bought the seeds?

What happens when you try to send the seller a message under 'contact seller'

Or do you mean they are not responding to your messages?

By default, you can see your purchases of the last 60 days. For items bought earlier, you have to change the dropdown menu, as Sandy has said.

Looking at the fb left for you, a seller who might be the seller you are referring to left you fb in the past month, so if he/she gave you fb right after payment and the purchase occurred in the past month too, you should see your purchases...

When I want to send the seller a message, I receive this message.

We're sorry we cannot find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller can't respond to your question.

When did you purchase the seeds? Where is the seller registered?

If it is off-shore, they wont make it through Customs in a viable condition.

Many more details required before we can even hazard a guess.

I have done that. Still, my items do not show.

I tried eBay Chat but after over, an hour of waiting gave up.

Wow, that's a long time. I never had to wait longer than 2 minutes.

They are not always online though. I think they start at 8 am. If you tried earlier, maybe nobody was available...

I purchased the two packets of seeds on the 11th of Sept.

Both Packets came to a total of $11.48.   I have the receipt from PayPal and on the bottom it states. 

'This payment is part of your $11.48 purchase.  $7.99 was deducted from my account.  I have no idea why the total amount was not deducted.  There was sufficient money in my account.  I have no idea what is going on.

The seller is in Australia and has so many other items he is selling.

On my PayPal Statement. It reads. eBay au 4029357733 $7.99

                                                                       eBay au 4029357733 $3.49

On my bank account, $7 99 was deducted.
