As far as I'm aware it is only sellers from Germany who can refuse Paypal.

 

What is the item number - RHS of the listing page ?

If they won't accept paypal or something like it, don't buy. Move on. There are plenty of other sellers out there on ebay and elsewhere.

Personally, if they don’t accept PayPal, then I don’t buy from them.
Plenty of other sellers with the same items, to purchase safely from.
