Is Ebay overcharging?

Price listed was 378 ("price sold" as well), but ebay deducted 394!? from my account. Might I ask why? No import duty or taxes needed to be paid.

As a buyer, I didn't think eBay could/would take more than you paid at check out ?

The only reason there would be for that to happen would be if it were a currency exchange.

What was the price at check out?

Your screenshot shows that there is an ⓘ next to both amounts on the order details - none of my orders have that, so I'd suggest clicking, tapping or mousing over that to bring up whatever info the text box will reveal, as that will hopefully explain the discrepancy.
