Is there usually a delay in followup feedback showing

when you leave feedback for a seller and they respond, you can leave followup feedback to their response. Is there a delay before this shows, as it is not showing after I click "post followup feedback". I thought perhaps it had to be reviewed by ebay, hence the delay. If it should show straight away I guess it isnt working

It should come up pretty much straight away.

Maybe if you log into ebay.com you can gain access that way.

How does the seller figure Australia to Australia is International shipping?

May get ebay to call you back tomorrow during business hours to discuss the feedback

problem and also having to pay for 'free postage'

That seller has a few negs that maybe you should have taken notice of.  

Always check feedback before deciding to buy.

The follow up feedback function often doesn't work on the Aus site but as suggested it often works from the USA site, ebay.com

I would perhaps say - Untrue, sent within Aus, 7.80 was postage. Disappointing. (If this is the case)

But if it is a Chinese seller, it may have come from China, they often lie about item location.
