Items missing from my purchase history.

Hi all. I purchased (2) items from (2) different sellers overseas, just before the pandemic started. They were marked as being "sent", and I realise all the mail is held up, and am not in any hurry ... but now when I check my purchase history, these items have completely disappeared !!! It says on there that I have NO items to view. Can anyone enlighten me please? Thanks in advance if you can help.
