I have something I'd like to buy from the UK and I noticed something new. When I went to the checkout and clicked PayPal I had the option 'to pay in the currency of your choice' - ie AUD or GBP.
I sometimes buy collectables from the UK and less frequently from the US. Since the initial suggested AU cost at the cart never matches the true cost (which is always slightly higher due to PP's exchange rate) I am uncertain what option is best. Pay in AUD or GBP?
Any thoughts?

I haven’t purchased anything in the UK, but I do send money via PayPal to family over there for birthdays etc.
I always choose to pay GBP.
What ever the item is listed in (eg: GBP) then I’d personally choose the GBP option.
(If it’s listed in AU, then I’d pay AU.) but I’m assuming it’s GBP. 😉

I think the option existed in the past too, but it was a bit different, basically a default setting in PP - pay in AUD or the original currency. I had chosen the original currency years ago.
