hi* I purchased some seeds on the 16/7 and they posted them on the 27/7.
I received the seeds on the 4/8 , its fine as I can't plant them now anyway.
However there're getting a few negs over it.
They keep saying please read their postage and handling policy!!!.
Well I've been all over their so called handling policy and I can't see it.
Is it something to do with eBay's postage and handling policies.

It should be under "postage and payments". Whats the item number (RHS of the listing page) ?

They seem to stipulate a 10 day postage time frame - but still bought on 16th posted on 27th is over.

Dom - the handling time is in business days, so they're still just within their timeframe.

If you are a seller who has unexpected health problems, or even a family member that needs your care, then a 10 day handling time covers any delay/sickness, to give time to post.
The buyer can see when the estimated delivery date is and there should be no surprises. The buyer should get their item withing that time frame.
Some sellers are elderly and I think, maybe, you're being a tad harsh, so give that some thought, please.
Just my thoughts, as my health is not always tickety boo.

Stawks - the Co. has over 45,000 - not sure they have elderly in there.

I said 'some sellers'. In general, Dom.
Seller posted within their handling time and the OP is still not happy.
Grates a little, is all.
Hoping they can remember what I posted when next they buy from 'someone' who just might be infirm/elderly, cos they're out there.

Itโs still to longโฆ FOR YOU apparently, so why did you buy then?
According to the listing, if I was to buy tonight, I could expect my item in 3.5 weeks. Itโs all there in the listing.
10 business day turnaround isnโt unreasonable for this type of business. I assume that their EBay platform is just one platform of manyโฆ.. but you were not OBLIGATED to buy from them. Even if you didnโt pre-read the postage handling time of 10 business days, the listing still states an expected delivery date. You canโt miss it really. Itโs smack bang next to BUY IT NOW ๐
Sorry but I think youโre trying to pull the long straw when it just doesnโt exist.
Stick the seeds in the veggie draw in the fridge until next season.
