Are you within their free shipping area, if not then you should have emailed them for a shipping quote.

You put in your postcode, but didn't press the 'Get Rates' button.
That tells you it's not free shipping.
Going by past feeedback, it appears ebay is not for you, unless you learn how
best to utilise it.

I'd be curious as to what the eBay system error is, since plenty of other sellers have worked out how to use rate tables (which allows sellers to set listings to free post to specific regions and charge postage to others), and they'd be at least familiar with them because you can't implement regional blocks (which they have done), without activating rate tables.
