I haven't disabled anything, nor have any other board members. None of us are eBay employees, and eBay employees neither read nor respond to board posts.
What you can consider is -
Contacting eBay through 'Help'. Pointless as the people you will 'talk' to are not empowered to do anything except get you off the line as quickly as possible.
The fact that it is Friday, eBay maintenance day. Things gang oft aglay on Friday, only to be restored to their original state on Saturday.
