OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS ebay HAVE MADE IT A LOT HARDER TO MAKE CONTACT VIA EMAIL WITH A SPECIFIC QUESTION ABOUT ANYTHING . INSTEAD YOU GET PUSHED THROUGH A NUMBER OF USELESS 'help' PAGES WITH SEEMINGLY NO OPTION TO EMAIL ??

Long experience has taught members that emails are useless. IF you are lucky enough get a reply to an email the chances of it answering your actual question is remote....somewhere between zero and none.
If you want a proper answer you should ring ebay on the 1800 number that is available through Help and Contact at the bottom of the page.

And wait anything up to 6 hours if you get to talk to a human at all.

I have never waited more than a few minutes but if it is an issue for you just use the option to request a call back. You usually get it quite quickly and ofter the representatives who call you are more knowledgable than the reps that answer your calls.

Just long enough for them to draw straws to see who will answer the call.
