Why are pirate and counterfeit Video Games not policed by anyone at Ebay.

Hi there,

I've reported several clearly pirated and counterfeit Video games over the past week but nothing has been done about them. In fact there is a certain seller in France where 90% of the items on his eBay store ARE CLEARLY COUNTERFEIT and he is profiting off someone else's work!

I am sick of reporting these items if nothing is going to be done about it. What is the point of reporting fake items if nothing is done about them?

Unless you can PROVE the items are counterfeit, then it's simply a "He said she said" situation, that's probably why eBay hasn't taken any action.

You could always contact the rightful owner/company/distributor with the links to the items in question

No point unless proven fake.
