Open a dispute with eBay's MBG if it's under 30 days from the last ETA of the item. If it's over 30 days then go through Paypal, BUT you must sign up for the limited retirn postage offer before opening the case with them. (they wil cover up to $45.00 postage)

DO NOT send back to the seller until eBay/Paypal give you the return address. In either case have full documentation of the postage/ tracking and return address.

Oh no....you've bought c r a p from China.....go through PayPal to get a refund .... (I hope you haven't lodged a complaint via Ebay???)

It is hardly the seller's fault that he cannot send you a return label....he is in China and the labels are only available through Australia Post.

And don't send any return item without tracking or you will never see aany refund.  The seller will just deny ever receiving it.
