Go to your purchase history (orders) and contact the seller.

If it's a Chinese seller (check their feedback page to see where they are registered) get a refund.

Please don't purchase electrical items from China.

They don't have Australian approval and could damage/burn your house down.

Another one was delivered is in, you ordered one and got two in separate deliveries, or as in the one you got was not the one you ordered?

Either way, have you contacted the seller? 

If it is not what you ordered, don't let the seller fob you off/offer you discounts/tell you they will send you the right one if you leave good feedback etc

Open an item not as described dispute and don't close it until you are satisfied

Are the registered in China with poor feedback by any chance?
