Refering to the use of the 10% off Vouchers: The terms of use say that you can make several purchases in one transaction. I'm wondering if that would work if the purchases were from different countries.

Pretty sure you can make several purchases on the one code BUT only from the same seller.

You can actually purchase from different sellers to make up $100 for example then pay in one and use the voucher code.
But most of the vouchers tell you which sites they relate to so if it states purchases on ebay.com.au then only items listed on the Aus site.
If they are different currencies, checkout won't allow one payment.
Check the T&C's if it is only on ebay.com.au

You cannot pay for different currencies in one transaction. You have to make separate payments for each currency.
All the vouchers I have seen are only for items listed on ebay Australia so make sure where your items are listed.
Also, most voucher offers allow you to purchase up to 10 items in one transaction either from th same seller or different sellers.
