eBay dispute on eBay.com.au but eBay replies in Chinese

I made a purchase in Australia on eBay Australia from a seller in Australia.
The photos were not the same as the product that was sent to me.
The seller told me they would only let me return the item if I changed my feedback.
I raised a case with eBay.com.au in english but the eBay reply was in Chinese!
How am I meant to know what 8s going on when it is in a foreign language?
Has eBay now been taken over by China?
eBay has sent out questionnaires about what is wrong with eBay and it just keeps getting worse.

The seller was in China, not Australia

Rather than waste time going to the ACCC (no they wonโ€™t touch it, the A is there for a reason

You could open the proper dispute, the seller gets no say in an item not as described dispute, when the item is indeed, not as described

Amd you could report the seller for feedback extortion

It's misleading when it says the item is in Sydney and is shipped from Sydney.

That's easy to check, click on the seller's feedback and see where they are registered, chances are that though they may say they have stock in Australia, it will be coming from China. Some Chinese sellers do have warehouses in Australia, but certainly don't carry their full range here.

9 of your negs in the last year are from Chinese/Hong Kong sellers.

It translates about 2 lines at a time. But the point is it was all done in english it should be resolved in english. eBay make millions through sales the least it can do is improve it's services not make them worse, every other problem has been resolved in english.
Not to mention that .com.au is an Australian site therefore english should be used. Infact it could even be an ACCC issue.
Thanks for your very poor reply

You purchased from a seller that is registered and based in China, therefore their reply is via  Ebay China..

The last time I checked. the ACCC did not have any jurisdiction in China

Cool. I've done that. It's misleading when it says the item is in Sydney and is shipped from Sydney.
