Has the payment indeed come out of your PayPal account ?

Hi,

I paid twice through the checkout & via PayPal using my bank account as usual & both transactions appeared to be successful, which is a bit of a worry & now in my eBay account it is asking me to pay again. I suppose i may have to see what is withdrwn from my account ?

Are you getting messages from eBay in your eBay messages reminding you to pay or is it a reminder via the 'bell' icon at the top of your page?

Have you messaged the sellers and checked if they payment 'went through' on their end?

I don't have any specific suggestions as far as the bank account goes as I always pay from my PayPal balance 

I'm sure another member can give better suggestions, or think of other possible reasons 

How long ago did you make the payment?

I am not sure in your case, but I do know that little bell sometimes stays around a long time and /or pops up with old reminders for quite a few people 

(I often get it on my selling account, reminding me to send an item, which had been sent months before and feedback has been given and received)

Fingers crossed it is just one of those 'out of date' bells

Yes the bell gives false info often.

And there is a payment reminder sent 48 hours after purchase which can sometimes be sent unnecessarily.

Just ignore it.
