How do you contact Customer Service by email?

I need to APPEAL a 'Closed' decision on a recent return, but the link simply takes me to the 'Return Status' page (and that just says its closed).

The item hasn't been returned and I still haven't received the refund. I don't know who closed the case either.

You can't email eBay and you can't ring them. All you can do is use the chat with us feature, found under the help link at the top or bottom of any eBay page. Scroll down to the bottom to find it. When you get to the next screen, just pick any option, it really doesn't matter.

Edit: what was the reason given for the dispute to be closed?
