As a seller you can not retract feedback given to a buyer.  It should only be positive anyway, unless you have left a false positive.

You need to contact the seller and ask them to send a feedback revision request which you then agree to and revise the feedback.

A seller can contact customer support ( top right of toolbar ) and request to have negative feedback left for a buyer removed.

They used to allow for that to be done and allow negative feedback for buyers, but not anymore. You cannot retract feedback from a buyer unless you left a false positive. You cannot retract positive feedback from buyers.
