hi a bit confused

i won auction paid by paypal asap from paypal funds

says pending unclaimed

i check paypal and it says seller not registered and my payment unclaimed

what is this?never had happen before

think its a new seller

The most likely cause of the problem is an incorrect email address linked to the paypal and ebay accounts. This is a very common problem with new sellers. Ask them to contact paypal and work through the email linking process. You may need to go into paypal and cancel the payment and then re-submit it once the problem has been rectified.

thankyou i have cancelled the payment and sent another email to the seller

explaining why i did and that i will repay by paypal once they notify me they

have fixed their paypal account up
