Beware of the phony SSDs being sold by the 100s on Ebay.
I've just lost $75 on junk - no doubt others have been stung too.
Don't buy this type of product on eBay go to a local reputable dealer instead.
Ebay don't want to know about this

There are quite a few threads about fake SSDs here, in particular the tiny ones.
Their prices are ridiculous if you compare them to even cheap retail stores like OfficeWorks and should be enough to keep people away from them...

Did you open an item not as described dispute?
Did you leave neg feedback?
What is the item number?
Does the seller have feedback showing this is typical of what they do?
How and when did you report this to eBay?
You are spot on about not buying this type of thing on eBay, 100% spot on

You would be warning more people about this if you had left feedback.
Not a great deal of people read the forums. You dont appear to bother leaving feedback. That is the only way others can see what is going on.

Open a case for Not as Described, if you are within 30 days of receipt.
Seller will need to send a postage label or postage funds if they want it back.
Or they will need to refund you.
No reason to lose money if you use the tools that Ebay gives you. You've been here 20 years, you should know how to open a dispute.
